Glass Waste Disposal Procedure

Please ensure all glass waste is disposed of properly as per the instructions laid out in the Glass Waste Lab Safety Poster. (538 KB)

• Dispose of intact glass chemical bottles according to the instructions given in the Empty Bottles & Barcodes Lab Safety Poster.
• Absolutely no liquids can be placed in glass waste pails. All dried, trace residue contamination must be indicated on the glass waste label.
